You don’t need to take any action. If you currently subscribe to the 1 Gig (Full Gig GPON) or the 500 mb (Half Gig GPON) service plans, you will automatically be transitioned to the new rate of $55/month for 1 Gig speed.

If you currently subscribe to the 10 Gig (10 Gig XGS-PON) service plan, you will automatically be transitioned to the new Boundless service plan.

When you sign up for the Boundless service plan, you’ll enjoy customizable speeds up to 10 Gbps for only $100/month. The speed is dependent on the capabilities of your devices.

If you were previously on the Half Gig G-PON (500 Mbps), Full Gig G-PON plan (1 Gig), or are a new 1 Gig customer, your current equipment, including your wireless router and ONT, can support your 1 Gig service speed.

If you were previously a 10 Gig XGS-PON customer, your current equipment, including your wireless router and ONT, can support your Boundless service speed.

Should you decide to stick with your current router, the pricing will remain unchanged at $55/month,
